Centenium-Pinetree China Private Equity

About Us

Our Business

The Partnership will target fast-growing, middle-market companies in China with equity values typically ranging between $20 million and $200 million. These selected companies have demonstrated exceptional product, technology and/or intellectual property which distinguish them from their competitors in having a leading role within their industry. Our investment strategy is to identify these excellent companies and help them grow, not only through capital injection, but also by connecting them with essential contacts and resources, in order to build them into leading global companies.

The Partnership’s competitive advantage is its close collaboration with several governmental entities in China, including Shanghai Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park (“ZJ-Park”), Beijing Zhongguancun Science Park (“Z-Park”).

Another competitive edge is our team of 20 local professionals collaborating across the partnership’s disciplined investment process to perform deal sourcing, due diligence, evaluation and value enhancement.
